Why we do not ship internationally

At Sound Again, we would love to ship internationally. 

We want people to be playing musical instruments wherever they live.

Because we have only just started trading there is a lot to learn. Selling internationally is something we may choose to do when we are established. It's not difficult, just some additional paperwork with each order.

The main issue is packaging the item so it arrives in perfect condition. It would be expensive to insure in transit and if there is a problem when it arrives, it would be a headache for us and you.

For now, we will only ship within the United Kingdom. We want your item to arrive in the same condition it left us.
